• Presently, the brushless excitation rectifier components for 30-1350MW turbine generators are the company’s main products.
• 300MW-1350MW turbo-generator rotating excitation rectifier components were developed jointly with Shanghai Turbo-Generator Co., Ltd and generated from the prototype of Westinghouse Technology. The technical parameters have reached or exceeded the original rectifier components. And the components were applied in nuclear power and multiple million-kilowatt generators.
• Brushless excitation technology is widely used in generators and motors, especially large generator. The rectifier component is fixed and integrated with the excitation rotor, it rotates synchronously, without the commutator, slip ring and carbon brush, so it is overwhelming advantage than brush excitation.
• Not need maintenance of slip rings and carbon brushes, high reliability
• No pollution of motor coil caused by carbon powder and copper dust, long insulation life
• No friction sparks, suitable for operation in harsh environments
• Rotating rectifier excitation component is consisted of rectifier, capacitor, fuse, radiators and conductive parts, insulating parts, fasteners and other main components. The advantages are small size, strong function, high technical content, and a functional component that integrates heat and electricity.
• In accordance with the special structure and the harsh operating environment, the company has established a complete quality management system approved by Siemens Westinghouse. During the material and component screening, inspection of purchasing parts, processing and installation technology, and testing, all procedures are under strict management and supervision. So as to ensure our products fully satisfy the technical requirements of Westinghouse, operating in long-term and reliable performance.
